I teach first grade in a high poverty district. I have 21 amazing students who are eager to learn but have never been given the right help to do so. Reading is a subject in my room that many students struggle with. Every student wants to be a better reader, in order to be a better student. The items I'm asking for would help my first grade students this year get on track for being fluent readers by third grade. The resources would then go on to help many students after these 21! Thank you for supporting my fabulous first grade students in their journey to be fluent readers.
