Our students are at a disadvantage due to their social-economic status to have access to the tools that reinforce 21st Century Skills. The students in my classroom come from various backgrounds. They are all students who are working on specific skills to improve their reading. They realize how important reading is to be successful in life and really do want to improve and get better. When they make improvements in my class it transfers to their other classes as well, and they find the workload an easier task to accomplish.
