My students are preschoolers with special needs. They love to learn and interact with each other in our group sessions. Some of my students are not able to talk, but can communicate with each other through non-verbal means. Others have trouble walking, sitting, and coloring, but we use creative ways to teach each child and give them the wonderful preschool experience in a small group setting. We are located in a special needs school with small classrooms. There is not a lot of furniture, so we sit on the floor to read books, sing our songs, and play with toys. When we do go to our craft table, we do not have any storage to place our craft materials or to hold the treasures the students create.
