Having a class set of Time for Kids will bring current events and interesting non-fictional text into the classroom. It will encourage my students to want to get excited about learning. Students will want to pick up a magazine to see what's happening around them because Time for Kids is written in student friendly terms. Students will want to read the news and search for new subjects in the hopes of one day becoming a writer or investigator. I believe that having a class set of Time for Kids will my students' learning to another level of excitement, engagement, and enlightenment.
