These two computers will be used daily to research, record, share, communicate, and publish all of their work and findings throughout the school year. Even in fourth grade, students will need more practice with typing and navigating through websites. In small groups, I can easily have two students share one computer, which will be able to work for one group of four students. Again, these will be used for Math to practice state standards, Science to ask questions and research information, Social Studies to find facts about people and places around the world, and ELA to publish writing pieces and to record our reading fluency.
