Welcome to Mrs. Hixenbaugh's Classroom! We are proud to call ourselves determined and enthusiastic learners! I teach high school Reading in a specialized ESE school where our students are determined to succeed, despite the learning difficulties they may face on a daily basis. Ages 13-21, My students are hard working and dedicated scholars who are working hard every day to overcome academic and personal challenges and earn their high school diploma. We are so excited to be a part of Donors Choose! Your donation will be used to enhance the educational experiences of some wonderful students and will help expand and enlighten their beautiful young minds! These students can achieve great things if given the opportunity. We are grateful for your help in making our classroom and our community better. Thank you!
