The great majority of students at Southern School of Energy and Sustainability comes from low-income, formally uneducated, and struggling families. Most of my students belong to these families who cannot provide financial support to our classroom activities. A technology course curriculum like ours includes many hands-on activities that require extensive, and sometimes expensive, materials and field trips that we cannot afford. Any donation to help us to purseu our curriculum goals would be greatly appreciated.
