With our current situation, students are learning through remote instruction. Fortunately, companies around us are helping with hotspots, so they can access the internet. Unfortunately, many of our students do not have the devices necessary to access the internet. Help me make remote instruction equitable for our students. Currently, students without technology are completing packets. By donating to this project, you will be giving students an opportunity to learn proper grammar, read amazing e-books, apply math concepts, visualize science, learn about history and government, follow along with physical education videos, and so much more! Chromebooks will help to meet the needs of our diverse learners. Students will be able to access their Google Classrooms, ask their teachers questions in real-time, utilize apps like Calm to reduce stress and anxiety, and engage in their learning with websites like Gen i Revolution, an online personal finance game, to increase their understanding of financial literacy or PhET Simulations to learn about science phenomena, among many others. When we return to regular instruction, this Chromebook will be used in classrooms for research, projects, and more!
