This project will make a difference in how students engage in every lesson. For every lesson I have students gather in the front of the room and with this structured carpet students will be able to have their own personal space that is assigned to them so that they have minimal distractions. This will allow them to focus on the content being taught and the engaging learning that takes place. In addition to the personal space they will have and the avoidance of distractions. I will be able to incorporate literacy skills such as letter identification and letter sound skills since the rug has the alphabet on it.

About my class
