My first graders are very active. While we are up and moving several times throughout the day, there are times they are sitting at their tables. Even while sitting, they are not sitting still. Many are upside down, some are standing, and some are kneeling. Those who are sitting are still swinging their legs.
Wobble chairs would allow them to be sitting up while still moving. These chairs will help them focus. They will also help students build core strength. Having a strong core has been linked to better handwriting. Everyone gets the tools they need to be successful. Wobble chairs are an important tool for them to do their best learning!
