My students need to know the future potential of STEM. Most of the time when I ask my engineering friends, why did you choose to be an engineer? They reply, "I had a relative who is an engineer". Most of my freshman students replied that "it seemed kind of cool". I want to grow a new generation of engineers who pass on the importance of STEM to their next generation. They need to be able to use flash drives to save their projects. The school has asked them to stop saving on their school account due to the frequent and random failures (also random deletion) of their files. This is only one small step to help them achieve their goals but it is a large one that will be used throughout their school years.
