My students are very engaged and enjoy learning the most when they can interact with one another. This allows them to build and develop their knowledge in the content areas that we study throughout 3rd-grade. Our school is a Title I school, in a rural area, with a majority of students being eligible for free or reduced lunch. A classroom that feels student friendly makes for a welcoming environment that is conducive to learning. My students enjoy taking leadership roles and working in groups to see that everyone in the class is giving their best effort.
