We are the 3rd grade classes of a school in the South Bronx. Our school is a Title 1 school located in a high needs area. Our classes are comprised of general education students as well as students with Individual Education Plans. Our students are inquisitive and energetic. They are curious about the world around them and are always eager to learn new things. Our students love project based learning and having the opportunity to share what they learn with our school community. Our students live in a community where fast, processed and unhealthy food is king. It is our hope that by having access to technology with two Mac Book Pros, we are able to change the mindset of our students and set them on a road to success by introducing Super Tracker, a program designed to allow students to track their own fitness and nutrition progress.
