I love that my students may not be able to express themselves in words but they flurish when it comes to expressing themselves with their actions. They show their emotions without sensorship and openly express their wants and needs. The same is true for their intelligence. They may not be able to participate in a paper pencil test, but what they build, create and participate in shows their interests and gives them the ability to excel in something completely unique to them.
