My students are great! Our school is a Title I school, with 100% Free Lunch. We are a community school, and that not only teaches students but takes care of them, emotionally and physically; making sure the "whole" student is taken care of which includes being able to read and comprehend what they have read. My mandate is to increase Lexile Reading scores for all students but especially 3rd and 5th grade. It is my goal to help students reach the goal of reading fluency. Having the iPads, covers, and Lenovo laptop will assist in providing access to Lexile activities needed to accomplish this. Our students want to learn and I am here to help them succeed.
