My students are amazing children. We have a cross-section of socio-economic ranges in our school. Many of my students come from broken homes that exist as single parent homes. Even though we have very disadvantaged students in our school, we are not a title one school, so we do not receive a lot of funding for our school. We have very little assistance from our community because we are in a rural setting with few businesses near us. I do what I can to supply my classroom needs, but it's hard to buy all the products I need for my children.
