My students are in need of seating that will fit their size and allow them to work together more easily. At present, we currently sit in large chairs with an attached desk top. These desks were built with larger children in mind are not very comfortable for our little bodies.
For many of us, our feet do not reach the floor and we either have to sit on our knees or stand to work comfortably. This is why tables and stools are needed. We need a rug where we can gather during instruction and class meetings. A gathering place to solidify our classroom community.
