I teach 20 fourth grade regular education students who love to explore in order to learn. They are interested in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). These tools would instill an even deeper passion for creating and inventing since they would be able to explore the world around them. My class currently does not have any kits available for students to become inventors.
It is important that students begin learning about STEM while they are young so they can have a deep understanding of the concepts. They need to learn that science can be fun, and that they can create whatever they set their minds to when they become science explorers.
