I have been teaching 4 grade for the past 11 years and for the last couple of years I have assigned a biography book report. I ask the kids to decorate a brown paper bag like the person they are reading about. I call it the Fandango puppet project. This is one of my favorite projects because the kids get to be creative and design their own puppet. One of the negative parts of this project is I do not have books for the children to read in my personal library at school. So they turn to the internet and get information from websites. However, I want them reading a book. So I am asking for the publics help in getting my own set of Who is .... books so I can give the students more resources and they have a book they can read to get the information from.
