I teach in a small school that educates students from preschool to 12th grade. Our school has about 40 teachers and 400 students all in one building! Because of our small numbers my classroom budget is low and only allows me to purchase necessities. My school is located in one of the poorest counties in our state. Many of my students come from families that are living below the poverty line. Parents are busy just trying to scrape by but still want to be involved and informed about their children's' education. Therefore keeping good parent communication is my goal.
