Having these Chromebooks will allow the students to become independent in using the internet for research, learning, and creating. With these Chromebooks, not only will the students be able to research, but they will also be able to access many of the amazing websites geared towards individual and personalized learning especially in subjects reading/literacy, language arts and math. Students are more eager to learn in an environment they feel is suited to their needs. Having Chromebooks will allow students to work independently as I work with other students. Gaining this independence at a young age will help prepare them for being successful in future grades where they are expected to work independently throughout the day.
