In my classroom, instead of coming to school and having a worksheet waiting for them, they get to play! The magna-Tiles would be a great addition to our morning tubs where students get to communicate and build together. I will use the comprehension kits, whisper phones, and magnetic white boards at my guided reading table to work on phonics, fluency, and comprehension skills. The whisper phones build fluency and let students hear themselves read. The magnetic boards will be used for phonics and word building. Having these items will help me reach and teach more students. These items will increase their reading skills.
