My students who receive speech and language therapy are between the ages of 3-5 and are in need of developmentally appropriate toys to help them meet their language goals. Using blocks, magnetic tiles, stickers, puzzles, and other toys and given teacher support with these toys, they will learn how to use expressive language in a variety of ways as well as improve their understanding of language! My students are eager to come to speech and language therapy and interact with me, their therapist, as well as their peers. These new toys will not only excite them, but they will be learning to use and understand language at the same time! Playing and interacting with the toys and given teacher modeling and encouragement, my students will be able to meet their goals!
