I teach three different levels of high school dance, beginning, intermediate and advanced. All my classes are mixed so I have freshman-seniors in my classes. Most of the students from my school come from lower income families and have many struggles in their life. Many of my students enjoy dancing because it allows them to forget many of the challenges they face and gives them an opportunity to express themselves.
