The books that I have chosen will help enhance the learning of each student in my classroom. My students are in need of a more inclusive library; one that includes books about children who look like them, children who have similar experiences as them, and who they can relate to. In addition, my students who do not have exposure to people who do not come from the same backgrounds as them need to be able to see that there is a great, big, beautiful world out there that we all need to work towards making better.

About my class
