My students attend a Title 1 school, so poverty is a reality in their home life. My goal is to provide experiences that will make them realize that learning is fun!. We have anywhere from 25 to 28 students with at least 18 on free or reduced lunch. In these impoverished homes, our children don't have the chance to explore new discoveries. Both parents are working and school is the only place that learning can take place on a regular basis. I would like nothing more than to instill a love of learning into each and every child in my care. Please help me make their dreams a reality.
