About 85% of my students are from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. As you can imagine, several of them show up without the necessary supplies to be successful in the classroom. The basic supplies included in my list will be used for projects, everyday assignments, and our learning journals.
Students need these seemingly basic supplies to boost engagement and therefore, success. Imagine taking notes on construction paper folded and cut to instructions instead of writing on a basic piece of notebook paper. Please help give my students a great start!
