My school is a very diverse school. It is also a title school, which means students lack some resources that others take for granted. The students deserve an opportunity to come to school and have a place that says "We want you here and we need you to be happy!" The classroom needs to be an inviting place. (Heck, there is a reason Google has slides, video games, and pool tables.) People learn when they feel welcomed and appreciated.
