My students are fun-loving first graders! They are smart and funny kids who live where the city is their jungle gym. Everyday they warm my heart with their kindness and perseverance despite coming from homes with varied levels of care and support. Many come from busy homes where they live with one parent or relative who works long hours in order to provide for them financially. Together, we work to take care of each other as we learn and grow in first grade.

About my class
