Help us build the small yet dedicated team of long-distance runners at our middle school. While we're only able to practice together 2 days a week, many of us practice on our own at home and on the weekends. We need watches and logs to track our times, distances and running goals over the course of the season. During practice we'll pair up to help each other keep on pace, and our most dedicated runners will be able to sign out a watch for their independent training.
Ultimately, these watches and logs will help us learn to pace ourselves over longer distances, push ourselves to go farther and faster, and develop a healthy habit of exercise, nutrition, and fitness. When we run, we are healthier, happier, can focus better in school, and enjoy the awesome parks and paths that New York has to offer. Thank you for your support!
