By providing my students with flexible seating options, it will allow them to make choices that will work best for them and their learning throughout the day. Currently all my students sit in chairs at their desks but I know they are wiggly. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them. With these flexible seating options, I feel that they will be more engaged when they are seated at their desk or during independent work time, they can move around the room to a different location.
