Providing my students with jump ropes and sidewalk chalk will allow them to take part in individual activities or group activities during recess. My students enjoy jumping rope individually as well as taking part in jump rope games/chants! They also enjoy drawing and creating! The soccer balls, nets, kick balls, bases, and basketballs will help my students play organized games with the proper materials!
By funding this project you will help inspire my students to work AND play well together. Watching my students improvise to play their favorite recess games is inspiring. If I could surprise them with the correct materials they need to partake in these activities their happiness would be earth shattering!
Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something you design for the present. -Jim Rohn
