Hi, I am currently teaching in a small, rural public school. This school year, I am teaching Art 1-3 and Journalism, which includes the school newspaper and yearbook. Funding is very limited. I use recyclables and lower cost items to avoid extra expenses. I spend 95% of my free time fundraising for the needs of my students. This is hard to do in an area with such financial strain. My students are all so talented. They deserve the opportunities that other areas receive. I hope to achieve this goal.
