I have been teaching at a title 1 school for the last 10 years and recently decided to change schools and grades to continue to grow as an educator. As a lifelong learner, it is important to take challenges and grow whenever possible. The school I am joining has been opened for two years and I am super excited to join them for their third year open with an enrollment of over 800 students! I will be teaching 2nd graders for the first time in my career. My students are coming to me with a wide variety of experiences and on many different levels of the learning spectrum. My students are very eager to learn and grow. It is my goal and responsibility to supply my students with the necessary materials to enhance their knowledge and push them to be the best little people they can be! Moving to a brand new school leaves me in need of certain classroom materials I had to leave behind at my previous school.
