I taught for 20 years in one school and moved to my present school a couple years ago. I had no idea that students could be as interesting and endearing as the students at my new school! They live on the outskirts of the suburbs of a major city. Many students live in homes that have been passed down through their families for generations. Some of them stand in the food line at the church across the street two days a week. They are students that appreciate all they receive. They want to learn! They want to be successful! They want to accomplish everything that is asked of them. These magazines will help them read multiple genres and build background knowledge in any number of areas.
