My classroom is part of a program called iCAN, which stands for independence, communication and academic needs. I teach students with a wide range of special needs: students who are on the spectrum, students with physical disabilities and cognitive disabilities. My classroom is full of laughter, learning and fun, but one thing we are missing is an opportunity to go out into the community!
