I teach physical education to students in grades 9-12 in Seattle, WA. My classroom focuses on developing a balance of the following each week:
cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and muscular endurance, flexibility through dynamic range of motion, flexibility through yoga (strength-based or restorative-based), skill accusation (throwing, catching, jumping, dodging, spinning), practicing sportsmanship (leadership activities).
