By having these desks and chairs, my students will be able to more effectively work in groups, complete projects, and have space to complete experiments. The desks currently in my room are ones with slanted desk tops attached to the chairs and they are not helpful for working in a science classroom. My students deserve a space to work and have all materials needed easily accessible. These modern looking desks will help to bring new life to my classroom. The students will have the ability to have out a Chromebook or textbook as well as science manipulatives, notebooks, colored pencils, and other things needed to make science more exciting.
