I love being a teacher. I have been teaching for over 10 years. The students are wonderful. I am always seeking new ways to improve my pedagogy. The classroom population reflects the community which is diverse. Classrooms may have students who speak two or more languages. Some students may also need ENL (English as a New Language) services, some may have emotional and learning difficulties. The students need differentiated instruction and multisensory interaction while learning concepts. Materials that are needed are materials that can reach all students such as a pet, STEM kits, manipulatives, games, math, science and social studies materials that connect with the concepts being taught. Your help will provide more opportunities for all of my students to learn more. Thank you.
