Homegrown in the heart of the inner-city in Los Angeles you'll find students who are hungry for success and life. Many of them face hardships that we take for granted like homelessness, and having a bed to sleep on. But they do not want a hand-out or pity, they want an opportunity. They are driven and passionate for life.
Located in the heart of L.A. we are a new and small learning academy, looking to diversify ourselves and set a standard for 21st education. We are in our infancy, but we want to begin a STEM curriculum that will develop over 4 years and take advantage of the opportunities in our field. My hope is that our students will be prepared coming out of high school to take internships in STEM fields.
