Students will receive an individual copy of Stamped: Racism, Antiracism and You: A Remix for their personal use. We will consume this book, chapter by chapter, and use the discussion question created by Authors Ibram X. Kendi's and Jason Reynolds specifically for teenagers. They will delve into the mostly untold history of racism and African American experience. Students will create an interactive notebook/written journal of their critical thinking responses to the reading material. Our class will be eternally grateful for your support on this project.
