The bilingual readers will help my newcomer students feel more comfortable in their new country, giving them some literature in their native language. The Flexible Seating will allow those students with behavior needs to be more focused on their work and less distracted.
Coming to a new country is a very challenging task and helping my students be comfortable and having some native comforts will help ease thee transition.
My newcomer students typically feel very overwhelmed by the amount of English all around them and the bilingual books allow them to read their native tongue while also being exposed to the English that they are learning.
