Want to be a scientist? A baker? Work with animals? Write the next great novel? My students have BIG plans for the future. These boys and girls explore the world around them and soak up information like sponges. My students, in grades K-5, are all learning English as a second language. They represent a variety of languages, abilities, and socio-economic backgrounds. What makes the biggest difference in the academic and social-emotional growth of my students each year is having opportunities to think critically, problem-solve, and explore new concepts in a collaborative setting. My students and I are excited to see what this year brings! Thanks for your support!
