Our class is a Title 1 preschool inclusion class. We have 18 general education students and 10 special education students in the am class and then a new set of 18/10 for the pm class. About half of our students do not speak any English when the school year starts. We are located in an at-risk neighborhood. Many of the students need new shoes, clothes and back packs at the start of each school year. Our school also provides up to three meals a day for the students.
Our Pre-K kids are so excited to come to school to learn new things. The come in the door everyday with a small and a story about their life.
