One of the important things for my kindergarteners to be able to learn is to have their supplies well organized. This means that they have everything they need to learn as they are learning.
I believe removing chaos and bringing organization allows my students to focus on their learning rather that gathering the things they need to learn.
The book bins will also allow each student to develop their own personal organization of their supplies and give them a space of their own in the classroom. Many of my students do not have a space of their own in other areas of their life. It also will teach them responsibility for their own space.
