The students that I am privileged to teach come from humble & hard working families. They don't have great monetary wealth or high academic knowledge or language, but they do bring real life experiences to our classrooms. They add diversity to our school community, which create learning opportunities & challenges for both students and teachers. As a Title 1 school serving underprivileged children, we have limited resources. We use our creative minds to help motivate and inspire our students and continue our daily teaching. Our school offers a variety of after school "educational nights" & activities throughout the year which couldn't be done without the help and time of our dedicated teachers, administration, and staff. Our school is 85 years old and lacks lots of commodities and technology that new buildings offer. Despite that, we continue to grow as a campus and offer the best education possible for all of our students.
