Hi my name is Mrs. Hawkins and I've been teaching art and ceramics to students in Utah for 16 years! I love teaching visual arts! My school is an elementary school with nearly 900 students K-6, and I teach EVERY STUDENT on a shoe-string budget. My students are hard workers from diverse backgrounds, and they love to create art work. Art is essential to developing creativity, problem solving and critical thinking! I believe everyone can be successful in art if provided the materials, instruction and a creative and stimulating environment!
