Our school is a Title I elementary school in an urban district. The majority of our students receive free/reduced lunch and come from very diverse homes. I want to provide them with as many opportunities as I can to open their eyes to the world around us. Our school has an incredible staff who gives love and support to our children every day. However, we just don't have the technology resources that we need for a school our size. I currently have 30 students in my room, with only two desk top computers to share. They all love to use the computers, whether it is for research, playing a math game, or typing a story. My students will use computers daily next year in middle school and I need to be preparing them now in order for them to be successful in the future.
