This is the last year of elementary school in a rural setting for these children. Many of these students are considered high need and low socioeconomic, yet they work very hard everyday. After this final year of elementary school, many students will go on to agricultural, mechanical, and academic career tracks at the "big school" across the street. We are a new version of an old school with a new facility and a couple new teachers. We are a wonderful school with the most amazing staff. I am happy to call Minnie Cannon my second home and the staff and students family.
