My students range in ages from Pre-K to 4th grade. However, most of them are Pre-K and Kindergarten age. All of my students have speech and/or language delays of varying degrees. I have several students who are considered "low functioning" and are non verbal. Our school is located in a high poverty area. Many of my students' parents are struggling to meet their basic needs at home. We are also considered a tri-lingual school. A large majority of our students speak more than one language at home (French, Spanish, and English are the most prominent).
